You Will Need:
- 1 salmon fillet (Roughly 3/4 of a pound)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 6oz container of plain fat free yogurt
- 1/4 cup of diced cucumber
- 1/2 tsp of dried dill weed
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt & Pepper
Here We Go:
Salmon- Preheat over to 350 degrees F
- Use fork to pierce holes in salmon
- Drizzle salmon with thin layer of honey and lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook salmon for roughly 20 minutes or until flakes with fork
Cucumber and Dill Sauce
- Empty yogurt into small bowl
- Finely chop 1/4 cup cucumber and add to bowl
- Add 1/4 tsp dill weed to bowl
- Stir all ingredients together and chill while fish is cooking.
